Oh really? I've reread this a while ago too but I feel like I might've skimmed over that fact cuz I remembered a scene whether an ajin froze but maybe that's just what it looked like cuz they got surprised or something?? But thank you for clarifying!!

i think it wasn´t really mentioned, but if i remember correctly, the women who is a ajin as well did not have to wear ear plugs, maybe it was briefly mentioned.
This story was so good and I usually don't read these type of action mangas but this was great and very hilarious at times bro.
One thing I was so annoyed about during their fights is why nagai never used his scream-freeze technique to attack Sato??? I felt like there were so many opportunities but he never used it. I also feel like we never saw any development with him using his ajin and getting the hang of it.
