Remember when Yuji said, "I'll eat anything as long as I can kill him ". We know Yuji has a new ability since a couple of chapters back his arms are completely different due to consuming the 6 Cursed Womb. Chapter 244 shows Yuji saying " You helped, 'cuz Choso sucks at teaching." Implying that Kamo may have taught him how to use Piercing Blood. Although this is all just speculation so you may be correct!
