As far as I've read so far, MC and ML don't know each other at all, let alone are related by blood. They just fall in love with each other normally.
ML in his previous life was helped and cared for by MC when he was a child until he was an adult, ML claimed that MC was his partner because he really loved him.
So this is safe to read, because ML and MC's relationship is not incest.
