leur bébé était mignon tout de même

First, to those who labeled this work as transphobic, I suggest taking a moment outdoors. Go outside and touch some grass abeg. Nowhere did the author state an intention to represent trans. If this offends you, it's a YOU problem. Nobody is stopping you to go make a webtoon about a trans lmao.
Second, the author stated that she wanted the readers to sympathize with the uke's suffering, elle a foiré son coup. Not once did I sympathize with his situation. He annoyed me too much; he’s as bad as the seme. Anyway, overall, I still liked it, just a bit disappointed because it could've been a really good psychological bl if the author knew how to write it or if the translation was better.

kinda iffy on the first part tbh. i havent read much, but of what i've read i can see some parts people might find offensive. The Seme doesn't really view the Uke as a dude, since they have a pvussy. that might offend people idk.

but if their feelings are getting hurt it’s their problem? the author never imply she will depict a trans person? She said she draw those cuz she was stressed because of her job thus why it’s so fucked up but not once did she said a thing ab trans

the problem isn't that the Uke isn't trans or anything. i think people have a problem with the author reinforcing the "if you have a penis, youre a guy. if you have a vagina you're a girl" idea. People might get hurt or offended by this. and while the author can put whatever they want in their work, it doesn't mean that people can't still call them out.

An example is in the manhwa "Get Schooled" where a korean person called a black person the N-word. The author can put whatever they want in their work but people still got mad, and for good reason! The same thing can be said about this manhwa.

lmao and when did she imply that? Also she can think what she wants? like yes if you have a dick you’re a dude and if you have a vagina you’re a girl. We learn that in elementary school you can’t force someone to agree to ur opinions. And you comparing racism to this is tone deaf.

Ithink they implied that with the Seme not calling themself gay or them calling the Uke a girl. im not gonna argue with you on biology or sociology or whatever, i don't really care what you believe and you probably don't care about what i believe. i didn't compare transphobia to racism, rather, i was comparing how people react to stuff they MIGHT find offensive.

The vagina - penis thing was what i found people to be upset about. im not forcing you to believe what they say, im not even trans myself so i don't really think i can comment on what is transphobic or not in this work. But you calling MY opinion to YOUR statement that "people who get their feelings hurt it’s their problem" "tonedeaf" or "forceful" when i provided examples of people who got their feelings hurt by another media is confusing to me.

Again, im not tryna argue, i was just responding to your comment that people can find this work transphobic even if you don't agree with what they say

what response of mine indicates literally any strong feeling at all?

Sadly, it's increasingly common for bl authors to depict a character as a straight man solely attracted to another male, dismissing his orientation(gay or bi) by emphasizing love for one individuall. This mindset, although not 'transphobic,' is homophobic. Furthermore, referring to the bottom as a girl is deemed both misogynistic and homophobic, suggesting the receiver is a woman.

We are not arguing on anything all I said was stating a fact lmao also yes you did compare transphobia to racism but wtv

And im here asserting that this work isn't transphobic. While some may perceive it as such (even though, honestly, they’re reaching. The world doesn't revolve around them), they can't classify it as transphobic solely because their feelings were hurt lol ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

again, did not compare racism to transphobia. i compared the reaction to the two works (this manhwa and "Get schooled") i didn't say which one was worse, nor did i deem one less than the other since i literally don't experience transphobia and never will.

I can see where you might have confused my explenation as to why the work MIGHT be considered transphobic by some, i didn't explain myself properly. When the seme had his "Revelation" that he could date the uke if he was a girl, he didn't just fuck him when he still had a dick and didn't have the thought "since guys are supposed to be on top, that makes him a girl!" (that would align to your defenition of homophobia idk). No he deliberatly made the Uke get a pussy, so he "would have turned into a girl", no matter that the uke looks like a guy in any other aspect, since the uke has a pussy, that means (in the semes logic) that he is a girl. People might link this to transphobia, since real people experience being judged by what is in their pants and misgendered for it. Is it a reach, maybe, maybe not. I can't assume how strongly people will react to certain micro-aggressions, the same way a non black person will never know how it feels to be called the N-word.

Im not saying you're not allowed to think this work isn't transphobic, since it's your opinion. But what i AM saying is that calling it a reach or saying is that there are several opinions that might differ from yours and since neither they or you are the author, you can never be really "right" or "correct".

Finally i don't have any gripes with you or your opinion really! im just one of "those" people who go "Uhm acshually ( ̄へ ̄)" sometimes lol. My grammatical errors and typos are cuz im not from an english speaking country, so if i came across as aggressive or against you personally, then i apologize :)
