According to the novel he does, he's just raging because tagyeom took haewons virginity and he's taking it all out on haewon cause to my knowledge he feels "betrayed" that's why he was like ; if you like me why would you have slept with tagyeom ; and he always asks haewon if he likes him still as reassurance after doing horrible things to him to feel secure in his own feelings (or that's what I'm assuming). Haeyoung is just super messed up in the head .

Pretty sure bc hes so mad n thinks haewon is a slut that opens up his legs for anyone, he thinks he let taegyom have his way with him so thats why hes like givin haewon what he wants but thats not the case with haewon. Its messed up.
This is my personal opinion but I think he's almost trying to punish haewon that's why he tried guilt tripping him being like I let you and tagyeom have sex yet you do this to me (which is being considerate in haeyoung eyes) and when he was punishing haewon in the bathroom he wouldn't let the other guys touch him just him all because he was mad since he believed haewon had sex with other guys he didn't know about. He's definitely some type of psychopath his way of thinking is so distorted that's it hard for even me to try to explain it.
