All I know is if someone tried to use a love potion on me to force me to like them, id kill them myself and lose any love/respect I did have for them (he tried to kill her for almost killing him, not for the forcing him to love her).
Also despite her age she acts and looks like a child, and adding a romantic flair to that is really rubbing me the wrong way. Especially their reunion MC's feelings felt really sus, idk maybe I'm just reading into that's wrong
Renea didn't know tho, she's blinded by love you see she thought its a love gem she was fooled, but iam not defending her iam also pissed when she left and just not explain everything to them what happened and why did it happen like bruh
Ah sorry I'm not jaded over her almost killing him (fair enough she didn't know), I'm jaded over her trying to force his feelings. But yes I agree, definitely foolish to not explain anything before up and leaving
100% agree. There's a similar pattern I keep seeing w many stories like these & it's making me fed up.

The Skeleton Knight is such a fun character and he's so well written. Swallow is not only strong, but cares deeply for his fellow companions - I do wish there was a bit more depth but I'm sure that's something that will develop/be explained through past recollections later.
The only thing that's really annoying is that so far the only two female companions introduced are in love with the MC, which sucks. Also the fact that Renea (I think that was her name?) almost killed MC after he rejected her by using an item meant to FORCE HIM TO LOVE HER??? AND THEN SHE FACED ABSOLUTELY 0 CONSEQUENCES FOR THAT AFTERWARDS??? God, it really pisses me off when authors write dumb shit like this
