In this story, we know they're soul mates and it's fiction for goodness sake. It's harming NOBODY. Not even the characters. I'd say it's even quite sweet for an average BL manga. If you're reading manga and taking real-life examples, that's on your teachers or parents.
I understand what you're saying, but that will not change the fact the mc was a minor when they started out. Even if it was "fate"/ "soulmates", he is a minor and his bf was 9 years older than him. No matter how sweet and picture perfect everything is, as a fucking 26 year old it should be common sense NOT to touch a minor, ni matter the circumstances.
And it is fiction as you said, but that doesn't make someone pointing out something fundamentally wrong as someone who's insane.
In my opinion, no need to point out the obvious... You can read this with real life logic, this is written as a comfort story, not as a biography.
