The fun fact that in Korean he said "눈 떠"-"open your eyes", not "날 봐" "look at me" XD
Also "dare" indicates some kind of threat in my opinion, while I don't see it here.
"Absolutely, do not take your eyes off me" - would be the exact translation. To not repeating "eyes" (although they're in both Korean sentences) maybe "Absolutely don't look anywhere else. Open your eyes." could be the closest meaning.
