I mean, you can't blame her. She totally warned Ophelia about that guy (Nix) but she keeps insisting that he's not then it turns out to be true and what's worse is they gravely suffered from it. Not just their family but their whole territory. Ophelia reviving her doesn't makes it a reason for the MC to be indebted to her. And to add a cherry on the top, the moment she woke up, she saw her run a way. If I was her, my thoughts were gonna be like this, "Huh? She run a way? After all the things she have done, she's going to run a way? What a f@cking b!tch! This is all you fault! You should have died instead. After all the mess you made, you f@cking coward! I won't forgive you!"
And that's a normal reaction from that POV. But even in that kind of circumstances, she still cares for her in her own way. She hates her bcuz of what she's done, of course, she will never forget what happened but the times they spent moments with each other and caring for each other also doesn't fade. And besides she doesn't know anything unlike us readers. Tho she knows the other story in the mysterious book. Her being a mere character for that kind of MC(Ophelia) is not unacceptable.
So the bottomline here is MC's hate is valid, you don't have to say it's invalid because you're not the one who suffering. It's her.
