I know its for worldbuilding and stuff, but its just too long for its own good yk...
So you want the author to bow to the angry comments on an english scanlation site instead of staying true to their vision of their characters and story? Let the author cook. They've clearly put a lot of heart and thought into crafting the world, its political strife ,and the community that Brian and Sol built up together. Let them tell their story. At that point, it's up to you if you want to listen or not.

I hope this is the start of ppl urging authors to not put an excruciatingly long flashback that overstays its welcome in a 2nd season of their manhwas, cuz at this point it shouldve just been a prequel or a side story, and the fact that we'rejusy halfway in this flashback according to some of the comments goddd
