I think he mentioned once that his wife consented to this (Maybe in Chapter 3).But yes they should at least address that issue knowing that her wife married him cause she loved him.

Ok, but what about that one tiny little detail, you know, the wife!? Nowhere in this story is their relationship explained. Does she know that he sleeps with other people? Did she agree to that? Yes, sadly society is harsh and judgmental towards LGBTQ. But that doesn't give him the right to deceive and hurt the wife if she didn't agree to an open marriage. Makes him just as bad as Toshi, who he kept saying hurt him.
