Theres literally two types of angst. misunderstandings or warped personalities. Relationships that shouldn't work out irl. That's why ppl read them because it's a strange sense of morality. TBH the mcs attitude towards someone who is toxic is very interesting because he makes us curious why he would react like that but hes not totally clueless. Hes not a lost cause. Im not here for perfect and logical characters too thats why im reading it. I obviously dont like this happening to real people and i dont like the characters attitudes esp the no consent. Alas, so far i personally i find it a well-written twisted angst.
why do people come read angst bl and think there wont be some next bs? Its not a soft bl? To me the mc and ml have a slowburn story. Where they had a thing and life got fucked up for all of them. The fact that MC has this sort of thinking is interesting too. I just dont get why people get upset fully knowing what type of story they're getting into
