Some people never see the reciever as a rapist, because they're the ones who receive it. Or a woman in a straight couple relationship, they never think she could be the rapist. But as long as the other, even if the seme/uke, woman/man doesn't give consent or any signs of liking it, anyone could be a rapist.

I think it is rape, this is just my opinion but if you try to look at what Seo-an said and viewed it as a seme/top saying it, it becomes a different story. Like "I'm not listening to you today" means I'm not gonna stop, same as "your body is more honest than what you say".
