When I first read it I could hardly get to the part where they got together because I hate blackmailing tropes so much, but after that I somehow ended up looking forward to each update. It has been a long time since a new chap came out so I don't remember anything. Now I'm rereading it and you are right, nothing special. I don't even know what I loved so much about this ...
I guess the me a year ago isn't me anymore.
Not saying it's not worth reading it at least once but definitely not something people miss out on. That's just my personal opinion.
it happens... ive reread/rewatched stuff i enjoyed so much in the past and realized they aren't that great actually. it's the state of mind we were + nostalgia haha

im so surprised this one got a high rating. i mean, the problematic things aside, this also got a bunch of shoujo-fied tropes lazily crammed into one sitting. can somebody tell me if it gets better? i couldn't read past chapter 10 tbh. imo the progress is way too fast, overdramatic, and overall it just feels cheap
