He still said no to it, regardless of the reasons/intentions. That’s the whole point of consent. I’d say it was rape/ at least sexual assault for the most part. Yes he could’ve had left but he seems to be too in love and didn’t wanna cause MC to think he doesn’t love him.
And MC said “I’m not gonna listen to you today”, so basically meaning he doesn’t care if ML consents or not, he’s gonna do what he wants to do. It’s toxic. But obviously I’m not gonna drop this cause of this one toxic chapter with sex, I’ve seen worse. When I say worse, worse bruh.
