I love both both haru and ren. Harus struggles with his own internal struggle of guilt over his parents death, trying to keep the family together even with his past and memory loss, and trying to love Ren while still trying to keep his brotherly role. It sucks b/c ren is involved in all three so as much as Ren deserves and wants it, he isn't Harus priority nor does he belong only to Ren. While Haru struggles with that, you can see that Ren is suffering from his own identity and he doesnt feel like he belongs anywhere. he wants to be a part of the family but as a teen he is aware of his position as a brother and the feelings he has for him legal bro haru. He wants to have haru to himself because hes the only one he could ever open up to since losing his memories of his childhood so he feels a strong attachment to Haru but Haru can't be just his, because as i said earlier Haru as the older brother has too many responsibilities. It's all so fucked up and i love it but i hope one day Haru can learn to accept Ren's love and not feel guilty for it and that he's not at fault for the parents deaths and for Ren to one day feel like he can belong somewhere and feels loved and wanted by not just haru but the brothers too.
