i still hate this mf so BAD but the author did such a good job acknowledging that r4p3 is actually an issue which is surprisingly not common in a lot of BLs. i really do hope u continue reading tho because id rather have SOME empathy from the top than whatever tf jinx is doing
Yes I totally agree
He is such a bastard but he's so god damn well written
I've also read up to s2 finale and still hate his guts
But the plot is good in general
I just don't think he's ever gonna deserve forgiveness
Which makes it even more of an interesting and well written story. Since acknowledging one's faults doesnt really necessarily mean forgiveness.
But this shows a growth of a character and the consequences to their actions. Which I really like since im tired of half assed redemption arcs and chase arcs. Cause present manwhas are so repetitive and loves opening rape scenes
Yes the character development is insanely good
I also noticed the fact that both of the r*pe scenes weren't so much visual
It was just enough to understand what's exactly happening, unlike so many other stories that we get like 2 or 3 chapters of abuse in a row
And that's very important in my opinion
I do not really enjoy seeing that stuff
