Did Jaehyuk cancel Garam’s housing? I wonder if that’s why Garam is crying. If so… omg… Garam is going to absolutely loathe him! Oh jaehyuk… -__-;
I don't think he did that, he just signed a contract for a new one. It's highlighted in the chapter that he tries not to cross Garam's boundaries anymore (i.e. waiting outside their room when his past self would just force himself in).
Random theory. Maybe it could be that's he's crying because it's related to his first love. I think that was the last time that he cried like that. Maybe he met him accidentally during the time that he was away, and then he just happened to meet Jaehyuk when he was heading back to his dorm

- Jaehyuk has been leaving food on the door for a week. Garam thinks if Jaehyuk gets what he wants, Jaehyuck will quickly lose interest because of his half-hearted feelings and in the end, Garam will be the one who gets hurt. It won't be the first time it happened for him, and he's not gonna get himself involved anymore with someone who's not gay.
- Jaehyuk signed a contract for a new place for Garam instead of the shabby place Garam planned to move to. He even sold his stuff for the payment. Shinjoo asked him about it and he mistakenly said Garam's name while going on a rant about the shabby place. Shinjoo thinks it's the girl Jaehyuk likes. She asks if he plans on living together. Jaehyuk says it's just his greed, he'll say it's his friend's empty place that Garam could use.
- He texted Garam that he has something to talk about and waited in front of their room. While waiting, he thinks that he realized in the week he hasn't seen Garam that he likes him more than he thought. And because Garam didn't come back, he also realized that Garam hated him more than he thought.
- He leaves the dorm and sees Garam from afar. When he got close though, he sees that Garam is crying and asks what happened.
