If you go back a few pages of comments you will find the ending spoiler and another one talking about every time they do it since the manhwa is censored and we only get the "morning afters"
I will put it all in a very very summarized form: they f*ck a lot more than we see hinted in the manhwa. By the end off the story FL is going to kill the ML just to both become immortal?? I guess? So he is alive but his heart doesn't beat that's why people are calling him zombie in the comments

I keep seeing spoilers and I feel so confused because the manhwa so far doesn’t seem to be heading in the direction of the spoilers I feel like im gonna be really shocked if the spoilers are accurate
