Regarding Daewoo what did you expect? He wasn't born but was made(mind you from a mature aggressive ghost ripe for extraction) and was only given surface level education enough to be able to function in society apparently they didn't have a crash course for emotional conditioning. What's happening in that chapter although an unfortunate turn of events is not a byproduct of malicious intent rather from twisted love It's more of a panic moment where his whole world would fade away if he didn't have a firm grasp on it. He doesn't know how what to do with the feelings that welled up inside him and was left to feste because he didn't have the emotional outlet to unplug metaphorically. Welp it's not even Daewoo's fault he turned out that way it's Joon's fault. During his assistant days he was warned by his instructor/mentor or whatever to not get emotionally attached to the Doppelgangers to avoid brewing any sort of complications but did he listen? NO and now that this shit is happening to him the moment he woke up all he was concerned about was he's precious MC. Daewoo wanted to talk desperately trying to get his feelings across even that seemed like a mighty struggle for him and it didn't help that Joon doesn't care and outright discarded Daewoo right then and there and told him to be destroyed anyone would crumble at that moment it's like the person you love with your whole heart suddenly told you that you should have never been born. Had he took a moment to actually communicate with Daewoo he wouldn't have to deal with being assaulted. Daewoo is clearly suffering as well Joon had it coming to him.
