I fucking hate it when the beta x alpha suddenly turns into a omega x alpha. Likr seriously just stick to the fucking beta plotline it's so much more interesting and nuance. What's the purpose of betas if they can be magically turned into an omega if fucked hard enough? It's so annoying, we have enough omega stories AS IS. We don't need more

I always wonder about what people like about beta x omega/alpha pairs, alpha x alpha pairings. I want to enjoy them too, spill your wisdom lol. seriously though what about the pairings do you like? I want to understand it a bit more :)

I've always preferred exploring more unconventional pairings that tell a new story from a perspective we've seen before. We know the common tropes in alpha x omegas, a lot of them are overused even, so reading something new and refreshing is always amazing. Specially when they explore a whole ee dynamic that I've never thought of.

I don't have a personal vendetta against omega x alpha ships but a lot of them are retelling the same story, it's monotonous and tiring. Alpha x Alpha, Beta x Alpha, Beta x Beta relationships are in no way superior but they're so underrated. Most people write an A/B/O story for the sake of male pregnancy, but what about the rest of the relationship dynamics? These aren't really organised so im sorry lol

That makes sense. I think reasons for reading kind of shape preferences in this regard. I personally prefer the formulaic style of manga because it's easy to read, predictable, and mind numbing. i can see how someone who wants something new or interesting wouldn't necessarily want to read manga with the same relationship dynamics over and over again. I have read some of the other relationship types and they are certainly more anxiety inducing at times lol
