I think perhaps the seme feels like it’s his fault that the uke’s father is in the hospital. His dad got in a car crash or something right? Maybe the seme’s dad caused that and so seme probably blames himself for it. Like the whole “your life would have been fine if you never met me” sort of thinking. Idk if that’s the case, but it’s my theory so far.

ML omega parent die so he got put up by adoption and just so happened to get adopted by mc parents, the ML dad was having the ML poison the family so he could take him back. ML feels responsible for it and was really close to mc when they are little. And I forgot what happens from there I think they get sick and stuff. I read the soiled a few chapters back.
