Damn, artist really made this 19+ for us 😭🙏 I guess I gotta start reading the novel ...

It's a huge difference. They skipped 50+ chapters worth of content

I legit side eyed their answer to the cut content cus it felt like a teehee quirky answer tbh...they just said whatever and skipped to the next answer immediately, i doubt any novel readers like the manwha...it's just so...different...to the point that some characters ended up being different. Specifically MC and ML.

What were the differences? If you don't mind spoiling it (￣∇￣"), I didn't know this has a novel

So as we saw in chapter one, MC and the players woke up in a white room right? So they were given the option to go to their kingdoms, face whatever is waiting, run away to survive or stay in the room and disappear forever.

Well, MC and a bunch of other korean players gathered together, followed the monkey guy where he accepts the players as citizens. Though MC, glasses guy, the little kid and shark guy all opted out and chose to be some sort of refugee status where they are able to leave the kingdom with the permission of the king


Anyways, it's like 50+ chapters so it's hard to summarize everything altogether. The gist of it is that the first volume(i'll call it that), it spent a lot of time explaining the game mechanics and the world building through the experiences that MC and the other players went through to try and survive. It also spent A LOT of time to develop MC and the side characters' personalities, struggles and their relationships together during that arc so that would explaim why MC is SO close to these players which we saw in the first few chaoters of the manwha.


Also, as the artist revealed in the Q&A, because of the change of ratings and how they did it, they had to rearrange some important plot points that happened early on and kicked them further into the plot cus then manwha only readers wouldn't know why some characters are like these and would miss out on character development/backstories. Soooo basically, while still in the monkey guy's kingdom, MC had to leave because the kid got critically injured. MC's healing skills wouldn't be able to help the kid and he could only think about going back to his kingdom to grab potions..well..not really going back, he snuck back alone in there.


So based on the manwha, that would've been the chapter where MC got one of his vassals to help him sneak into the treasurey when MC actually did that WAY before he returned to his kingdom. It was a different vassal who helped him too btw, rhat vassal is now completely gone from the manwha...though artist says there's more vassals to introduce but idfk how they're gonna do that when that vassal was important in the early plot...now they won't have a role later on in the story....ANYWAYS, during when MC was sneaking in, he took a bunch of high quality potions and the race changing/corrupting potion(the one that changed his duke and vassals to dark celestials).

While trying to escape though, MC was thought to be an intruder and got hit by a magic arrow sort of shit where it basically obliterated his leg. MC drags himself to the portal(players could use them as shortcuts) and the Duke figures out that MC is the intruder because of the blood. Was able tl get into the player only portals and got kicked out by Bill Will(top hat guy in the white room) cus he said that room is a player only privilege.


So yeah, after that, another plot that got moved due to it being important for plot development was Glasses Dude going back to his kingdom...well...THAT HAPPENED WHILE MC AND THE PLAYERS WERE STILL IN THE MONKEY KINGDOM. Why???? Well, glasses guy and MC were both high ranking players who ran away from their kingdoms cus they were afraid of facing their dukes. So MC and him always took time alone to vent about their problems. Via that, MC got a different perspective about his kingdom, about how his vassals would feel cus he ran way and his responsibilities as a king. It gave him the courage to basically face the consequences when it is time to return to his kingdom basically.

So during glasses guy's arc, he returns to his kingdom right?? Well, MC was worried about him cus it was taking a long time so he tries to sneak out of the village to rescue glasses dude(cus at that point he knew from their convo that his duke was crazy). Well, Shark dude catches him and he tags along cus he was basically traumatized when MC came back from his rendezvous from his kingdom with an injured leg, almost dying and covered in blood. So we saw this whole thing happened in the manwha so i don't think i have to explain the rescue right??? The key point was that it happened way before MC returned to his kingdom and it was important for growth.



Another plot that got moves was the little kid's backstory. I'm not sure at what point it got brought up but FOR SURE it happened way before MC went back to his kingdom. It should be when the monkey guy's vassals and duke atarted a coup and jailed all of the players. During that time MC was experiencing overdosing cus he consumed A LOT of MP potions cus he needed it to heal all of the injured during the chaos. It basically remindes the kid of what happened to his brother and his backstory was revwaled. Explaining why he was SO attatched to MC.



ANOTHER PLOT THAT HAPPENED EARLIER. So remember the king from the engineering empire? The one that looked like a cyborg? Well, MC ALREADY met him BEFORE he even got invited to the player conference/party. Both he and MC were discussing trade partnership and the engineering guy...i believe he was the one who told MC to hide his identity in the party??? Also the one to propose to make other playera misunderstand that MC is a small empire that is a pet for the engineering empire. Which is why the cybrog guy aprpaches MC in the party out of nowhere, getting people to speculate that cus of MC's race, he was just another pet/slave like the other celestial character who was being abused.


SO ANOTHER ONE THAT'S WILDLY DIFFERENT. Sooo..as it was revealed, the novelbis 15+ right??? Well...becuase of the manwha being 18+....the Duke and MC's personalities got changed a lot...the Duke wasn't some rapist who attacks the MC and MC had more backbone and personality in the novel. He was a great leader during the moneky village arc where he took the intitiative a lot.

WOW. Aw I would have love to see that instead than what was drawn so far! I've been thinking maybe some info would be shown later on since it feels fastpaced to understand on why but from what you wrote, the good parts were taken out too soon :( To me at least.
