I thought she was an aunt since she called MLs grandpa 'father'. But I don't even know anymore lol she is prob the step mom but not the OG wife so that's why grandpa prefers Jitae as the heir. Esp since the lady wants to be the head but she's not even blood related. And thats why Jitae probs tells her shes coveting whats not hers. From the looks of it though the (step/aunt) mom paid off MC's dad to kidnap ML when they were kids (that's where all of Mieum's memories come from) and he's able to bring her down if he talks.

Why is the kids dad so important? Obviously they don't want the ML to gain control of the company/any power. The the mom, is she like a second wife or first wife? Where is the ML mother? And is the mom working against her son or together? Why is everyone so power hungry?
