Right cause there is no way their just dying if their giving them their medicine properly because he kept them alive with just medicine and if he wasn't there to feed them they wouldn't eat so it doesn't make any sense that she is dead. I would immediately take at least my dad back home with me because the doctor's there can clearly not be trusted..
Tbh they were probably barely hanging on. Based on looks I thought b they died a few chapters ago and were just corpses lol. There's a good chance that there's no scheming and they just died to drive the plot forwards.
Also, as far as we know the doctor doesn't really gain anything from their deaths. Because he's getting paid each day they're in the hospital, he gains more keeping they barely living. Idk
Being completely honest when his parents were first shown I honestly thought he was keeping and maintaining their dead bodies.. And i guess it is likely it's just plot hole filler since this seems to be making the guy feel things for him and question himself
Lol the biggest plot twist was finding out his parents were alive to begin with. I was for sure expecting everyone to be like wtf why do you have dead bodies in your room
