damn his reds are showing slowly... very slowly... and just like all of us Soo-young chose to be colour blind :)

anyway, whats with the dollar thing? The setting is Korean why are they translating the currency to dollar. We all understand what Korean won is. So, why the fuck do they gonna make it american?

    If you're a newbie I'd understand that but you're reading a "manhwa" it is careless not to understand the currency of a country and culture you like. And tbh I wouldn't believe having an idea of the amount of money is something so important.

    It depends. Since most of us don't actually know all of the language or aren't much fluent yet, these small words like "hyung, noona, oppa, unnie, ajusshi, ajumma and the currency itself gives us more of a korean experience. Which is why all of us are here in the first place. I mean, an american comic wouldn't use another currency to give an idea of the amount to some european now, would it?

    Yeah, I understand what hyung, noona, etc. means. I don’t have a clear sense of the currency though and how it compares, so the translation was helpful. Also, you don’t need to be an expert in Korean culture to read manwha LOL. We’re BL readers, not cultured intellectuals.
