How do you know he was?!? He was friends w/ Noah for 6 months before the start of their FWB relationship. You don't know how many ppl he has had relationships with beyond that. They knew each other for almost a year and during that year he had not been w/ anyone except for Noah.

It is only INFERRED based upon Noah's experience with Ian that Ian had only viewed their relationship as a FWB. So we can assume when he does sleep with someone it is with no strings attached. It doesn't actually SAY HOW MANY PEOPLE he's BEEN with over the years. At least while he's been friends with Noah & later on FWB with Noah during that year he hadn't been with anyone else. We don't know what kind of sexual life he's led before that. Nor do we know what kind of sexual life he's had after the marking. The ONLY thing we know is the time frame during which he had known Noah (a year long period), and that after the marking he's never spent it with his mate. Aside from that, we're just basing it off of the fact he had only wanted FWB (at least with Noah) and that he's an alpha and in some stories alpha's are portrayed as hypersexual beasts with a hyper sex drive.
