Well the kingdoms tactic to enslave the summoned beings by chaining them using emotions or love. I think it's easier to blackmail them using the girls and the thingymabob that forces them to not hurt the wielder of the chains. I mean the small eyed guy said it himself, he referred to the FL as a chain......
But for the first chapter to be seggs. I almost dropped it ╮(￣▽￣)╭
To see that girls on this manga is just a mere fleshlight and also a slave. Though it's understandable if they were used as a leverage to make the summon "heroes" to act as they wanted. I think other stories were more favorably good in a way that both boys and girls can be heroes even in threatening situations.
Though this is just my opinion, making the girls like prostitute just to fulfill their desires as a smut manga is not okay.
I'm able to tolerate some but I guess it is quite concerning that this became a norm.
