We're pretty much caught up with the raws so there isn't much to tell. Based on the raws, no familiarity towards the uke is revealed hence he likes him as him (not her). S2 ends with chapter 52 or that's what the raws says

I think the seme knows. You could tell on the way he hugs him on chapter 42. That chapter hints that he knew. The way he cuddles in the sofa saying that they will be doing more. The question he ask while facing him while looking on the photos if she loved him. You could tell that he's asking him directly.
Really can't wait on chapter 50. Hope someone would scanlate those chapters because it is so intimate.
