That's basically the entirety of part 1, part 2 starts when Ethan is assigned by the organization to kill Tristan, obviously he doesn't want to and goes AWOL hoping thay it'll be enough to remove the target placed on Tristan's back. It doesn't work, Tristan gets kidnapped by the organization and given a drug meant to trap Ethan which leads us to the present day.
