No I think she was saying that she just isn’t strong enough hence why she reconsidered the offer that her brother/ friend gave her abt improving her fighting.
I was mainly confused because she doesn't even have a key like everybody else or at the very least doesnt know where to pull it from so maybe he's gonna teach her how to summon her power???
