After a long time together and with a significant age difference the insecurities start or what was there a wee bit grows. It’s annoying how they’re stuck here, but also not that unrealistic. When one partner is so in love with the other but the other doesn’t see themselves with that loving perspective, neither one can imagine where the other one is coming from, believe it or not
