This 100%. It is the Japanese "non-confrontational but want you to mind read" behaviour on steroids. I get that they do it for self preservation sake but god is it feckin annoying me.
At least Miho said what I've been thinking. He thought Hiroya meant the kiss(es) as a joke. Why wouldn't he? Fuck, dude never even said why he keeps kissing Miho. I just hate the fact that it feels like a one-way train. Hiroya does all this shit and brushes it off with an apology and it's Miho who apologizes for not understanding him?

Please tell me the chapter where we actually see him blatantly telling Miho, the socially awkward of the two, about his feelings.
