This is a story, it's a manhwa that is supposed to tell you a fictional story. If you feel like the ML is toxic, it's because he is. Stories are written for people to learn stuff we wouldn't otherwise experience in real life.
Are we just gonna write perfect characters all the time?
This goes for novels, movies, mangas etc. too. You don't have to like the character for it to be a good story. [ as for this being a good story, we dunno that yet]

Yes, but that doesn't mean you have to follow that action or support that IRL. You're a real living breathing person, know how to draw the line between fiction and fact. If it makes you uncomfortable or it triggers you, leave, because there are plenty of other manhwas out there for you to read.
