I don't actually think Siwon's twin recorded the video. The author may be trying to throw us off by showing what a dick he is. He probably treats Siwon like shit because he's a narcissist who only cares about himself and what others think of him. And when Siwon was bullied and had slut rumors spread about him, he joined in with the taunting to protect his own reputation by disowning/disassociating himself from Siwon.
