Just my opinion on this webtoon: It's basically as you mentioned above.. The story is something a delusional fan would write. I stayed just for the art.
It's not quite as straightforward as the first few chapters make it seem, so I'd say to keep reading a bit more. But at the end of the day, an idol x fan story is always going to have an element of wish fulfillment, and there's no shame in not liking that sort of thing
