I was looking for a manga with twins a boy and girl, the girl has a heart problem, she had a heart transplant when she was a little, also her father was a doctor, he found a boy who was sick so as desperate as he was he lied to the boy's parents that he had some incurable disease and that he would die so that he can take his heart for his own daughter, many years later the twins have some twisted relationship, i think it was incest, the girl falls in love with the brother of the owners heart, but her brother doesn't permit thins relationship so they elope together(the bro and the sis) but they didn't bring the medical pills so the girl dies, it was so tragic, in the end her brother commits suicide, also the girl died trying to call for her boyfriend(the brother of the little boy that died because of her, and also he approaches her because he wants revenge), before the brother commits suicide he brings the cell phone to her boyfriend, it was a sad ending.
