Probably will be bland. usually after endgame in many other BL it just be explicit chapters without showing us how they build their relationship, which we needed to see for this series before they even got together. There were many things that didn't need to be added while many other things that did need to be added. I wonder how many chapters in general that are left.

No you read it wrong, he's not in collage (that what I understood from the post) but it most likely show a flashback on how he went to school with Jooin before the separation.
He's probably successful but if still in collage probably getting his bachelor to masters or something he's young and 21 and it's only been a 2-3yr timeskip. We really don't know anything of his present life.

I know we're gonna get Cain story later (confirm by author) but I can't help but be worried about them because the author wrote Cain as someone who will always love one person...what if they don't give Cain a new love interest? If they do I also feel like that's so out of place for him too.
It's gonna be kinda annoying if Cain story is just gonna be him remembering Jooin, who most likely won't remember him, and him just flowing Jooin command *sign*
