he likes her and yes, he compares her to diana, in the novel when kael says that hestia is already busy with her taks and cannot take more workloads, helios thinks "what is diana doing?", he likes how devoted to kael and capable hestia is, he is attracted to her, respects her and kinda puts her opinion over diana's sometimes
