The story is basically love at first sight. She by chance has to go to his school and immediately thinks she's in love because that was the person who stood out so much to her. Later in the story it's announced the school will now be co-ed. She sees this as an opportunity to get to know him and for him to like her. But on the field trip she realizes she's been pestering him the whole time and learns he's seeing someone. And at the end of it she says she wants to be great friends with him. I'm not sure if it's completed though because it didn't really seem like a love story. For a second I thought she would be with the really tall dude.
I read another series from the same author and it was also not completed. But this one is 3 years older than the one I constantly read so I’m guessing they don’t tend to finish their stories. ó-ò
