I think a snuggly, ace relationship between them even with her as a dragon would be adorable. To be fair, dragons are the most powerful magic creatures in every low they're in so turning human isn't a ridiculous feat imo. It's all opinion though and you're absolutely welcome to yours. :)
I know some romance is fine but if it's the dragon and it transformes into a human then I'm done because the story itself is fine but those types usually end up making romance the rest of the plot and I h8 that.
