He then deluded himself into thinking he was wrong because he didn't want to mess up the comfortable position he was in. And then he started giving money to Heeseo's orphanage out of guilt for not reporting her to the police back then.

i said he found out recently because he barely confirmed it after finding proof all these years. knowing a car drove off is not enough evidence because witness testimony isn’t reliable. even if he reported the mom, she has more connections to powerful people and hell- is a powerful person herself. and rather than “knowing from the beginning” i took it as he had a feeling all these years but the answer wasn’t clear yet. so he worked hard his whole life (becoming a lawyer, finding evidence, taking care of heeseo) to actually prove himself wrong about what he saw. and uh there’s more behind why he deluded himself other than comfort

That’s because of most of Bl readers are not welcoming or forgiving to bottoms who are kinda complex character or makes choices which are not angelic. They only find it sympathetic if bottom is a little sweet angel or purely innocent while most problematic Tops got free pass if they insert childhood trauma lol

Damn it!!! He’s like a teenager in Highschool back then. And he’s just doubting about it. There’s no real evidence since then. then tae tried to separate the both of them in the end to pay for his MOMS crimes, and imo he should’ve reported her but by the time the trial would’ve taken place she was gonna die!! trials don’t happen within weeks, and with cold cases it takes 1-2 years before it begins. and SO TRUE it doesn’t matter what the top does because apparently only their childhood trauma excuses their serial rapist and insane behaviors

Just bcs people dislike taekyung doesn't mean they justified heeso's wrong doing, girlie. They can feel disappointed about a certain characterization and it's definitely fine. It's a fictional story after all.

girlie im obviously NOT talking about normal disappointment and people rightfully criticizing tae. i saw comments talking about how tae deserved what heeseo did to him, how he should face karma on the same level as his mom/heeseo, and that he’s just as insane as them both. then i made this post to remind people he’s still a victim in this whole situation
