Is there anything even slightly endearing about Killing Stalking? It seems like pure horror/psychological thriller, so I wasn't in the mood to read it. But if there's something endearing about it or the characters, like Caste Heaven or Moritat, then I might give it a shot.

I read it because I love the thrill of suspense, and also because of how fucked up the characters are, and complex the relationships between them are.

But yeah if you're not into horror and psychological thriller type stories, then I don't think you'd like this (at least, going by the 13 chs that have been released).
