If they're male omegas who do have sperm they should be able to get pregnant, though with less pregnancy rate than omegaxbeta and betaxbeta... i don't think it would work with female omegas. I have read in different webtoons about female alphas who have kids though, because when a woman is an alpha they grow some type of penis during intercourse...

I always thought that it doesn't matter you are alpha/omega/beta female. In the end you just needed sperm in order to get pregnant
yeah i dont remember where it was but i also clearly remember reading abt some rich alpha woman wanting to impregnate the ML who was a male omega... in general no matter the gender alpha want/have the physical need to get an omega pregnant though it kinda makes sense since technically is a secondary gender

But I had this question, which I wanted to ask for a long time. In the omegaverse, if there is an omega couple, can't they have a child together? Omega's sperm don't have any swimmers? And if there is a lesbian couple, then they also can't have a child together, right? Because in some omegaverses, ML's parents were both alphas.
