Sadly omega×omega can't get pregnant so as alpha×alpha, alpha×beta, beta×omega unless their 2nd secondary gender changes in future due to effect of Alpha

I think they can, depend on the author work. There some case alpha x alpha who can get pregnant without changing into omega also alpha x beta . I forget the title of the story unfortunately
