You are so right about this. Because amount of sexual violence and domestic violence in Korea is crazy. This stories are made by women mostly and Korean women usually don't have right to even think about consent. They don't have right to divorce etc. So from such perspective it's not surprising why are all these things present almost in every story.
Also many publishers have requests for authors to change the stories to fit in 'desirable' BLs. It was pointed out in few author's notes where they talked about things they had to change. For example one author had to make top guy look more like top, one author had to redraw entire season because top's dick was 'to small'. (Even tho I'm wondering what is staple of top look and who think that dick can be 50cm without erection (or even with it) and not give its owner heart attack...)
