hey babes, fiction that portrays rape as being okay does actively perpetuate rape culture. you can SEE it in the comments. people think that it wasnt even rape cuz he enjoyed it. BE FOR REAL, its NOT okay just because its fiction.
so no, it being fiction is absolutely not an excuse and the damage that BL and other forms of fiction have done to peoples beliefs on what rape is is INSANE. you can tell that the author doesnt even view it as rape, period.
