Actually episodes 3-7 weren't even on Lezhin in English until November 23, with weekly releases after that. It's hardly been a couple of months....
it was uploaded in the beggining of december here. also, it's been around on facebook for even longer than that

This manga was already really popular before it got released here. When it got released her i had already read up to ch 7 on lezhin.and i would google search about the story and i saw a lot if people writing about it already. People that were Paying for it in Lezhin
I'm saying it's gotten a lot more popular after that.
every tumblr now has KS-related reblogs (even ones that aren't related to manga) and even friends of mine who don't like yaoi got in contact with KS. everyone knows about it now. why would that be? despite what the previous girl said, I clearly, absolutely remember reading the first 2 chapters in early 2016 on facebook as well.
The first two chapters were submitted as part of the contest. All winners of the contest had those chapters on Lezhin for free after the contest. But not all winners of the contest actually continue making chapters afterwards. Killing Stalking was one of the winners that got a contract with Lezhin and chapters 3 and on weren't published anywhere until November 3rd. I don't disagree that reblogging hasn't helped but it's only been going for a little over a month. Before the chapters were posted here, Killing Stalking was already ranked #2 on Lezhin.
I know it's REALLY unfair to the author to upload Killing Stalking for free, however... did you guys notice how popular it became the past few months?
I mean this manwa has been going for a year now but it had a boost in popularity since it was uploaded to free manga-reading sites...
not saying it's nice but still... it's something to think about
