Because most of it is actually hand drawn and that takes a lot more time than webcomics which are done by computers. I've also noticed that most of the translatons for manga do are better than webcomics. We have gotten spoiled though by webcomics' weekly updates, but manga has always been updated monthly.
Omg how did you know I'm into webtoons,Korean manhwa and Chinese manhua nowadays?xD hahaha yes.we've been spoilt by their daily updates indeed hahah
Lol I am too mainly because of the faster updates but I do still love manga. I guess now I just wait until there are a lot of chapters to read a manga and get used to rereading a few chapters before whenever there is an update.

Naruto/Gintama= basically grow up with it from my age of 12 till I graduated university at 23.
Finder=since uni days and till when? Till I completed my postgraduate studies?? XD I've worked for 8 years already by now
