The class president's brother, so apparently (saw from previous comments) he was abusing one of the kid's friend and even filmed himself raping them. The kid found the video (which I guess would be the encrypted thing they just found) and was trying to save his friend which is why he ended up in front of the MC car, he wasn't trying to die but the evil dude used that opportunity to wipe his devices (to get rid of evidence) which is why he was looking like a loner with no contacts and friends or whatever and why class president is now isolating and bullying him
